School holiday fun.  Our popular Lego morning will next be held on Tuesday 31 March 2020, from 9.30 to 11.30am (the first Tuesday of the Term 1 school holidays).

Healthy Feet for Seniors
Many people unnecessarily put up with irritations or debilitating foot problems because they are unaware treatment is possible.  People often accept foot pain as part of life and do not realise that treatment can significantly improve their quality of life.
Conducted by a qualified podiatrist, this session will cover common problems experienced in seniors foot healty and the role of the podiatrist in improving comfort, balance and mobility.
Some of the topics covered are: the role of a podiatrist, diabetic foor education, footwear education and GP referrals and care plans.
