The sessions will include talking about yourself and your family, home/house, clothing/shopping, school/employment/work, travel, transport, amusements/media/sport, technology, Australian institutions/ideas and values.  Suitable for migrants and refugees.  All are welcome.

Watercolour Painting

With expert Instructor It-Hao.

Watercolour painting made easy!

When:  Tuesdays 9.00 - 11.30am.  14 July - 15 Sept,

Cost $250 for the 10 week term plus materials.

$30/w if paying weekly.  Maximum of 10 students.

Enjoy friendly, relaxed classes with our professional watercolour artist and improve your existing technique.

Regardless of your skill level, you will learn techniques, insights and skills needed to master this medium.

Watercolour for Beginners

Learn Indonesian

Indonesian Language:  Beginners and beyond.

Cost: $80 for the 8 week term or $15 per session,

Visual Arts for Children with Trevor

Thursdays 16 July - 17 Sept,  4.15 - 5.45pm

Cost:  $80 for the 10 week term.

This is a class designed to nurture creativity for children in the 8 to 16 age group.

Trevor, a visual artist in mixed media, welcomes your child into a carefully structured, flexible program providing personal tuition with an emphasis on ideas and imagination.

FREE TRIAL CLASS 16 July.  All welcome.

Heathmont Annual Photographic Competition and Display - Deferred to 2021.

The theme this year is "Sport in Heathmont".  Entries will close on 28 September and will be judged by professional judges.  Competition is open to everyone.  Full details and Entry forms will be available in the Term 4 booklet and on this website.  To see 2020's entry form, click on link below:

New Class:  French for beginners with Diana
Wednesdays:  15 July - 16 Sept,  7.00 - 8.30pm
Cost:  $150 for the 10 week term, $20/w if paying weekly.

Whether planning on travelling or just wanting to keep your brain active, come along and learn a language that has strong links to English.  This course includes some French for travellers and also involves a cultural dimension.
Our experienced French teacher has extensive experience and has travelled to france many times.

New Class:  Self Defemce for Women with Mike
Not running in Term 3 due to COVID-19 restrictions.
Wednesdays:  29 Jan - 25 March,  7.30 - 8.30pm
Cost:  $90 for the 9 week term, $15/w if paying weekly.
This class is designed to teach strategic skills to protect against attack, be it physical or psychological. Specifically designed for women.
All classes are conducted by a fully qualified instructor with many years of instructing and training.

Women's Craft Activity with Shereen and Marion
Tuesdays:  14 July - 15 Sept,  1.00 to 3.00pm
Gold Coin donation per session.
A casual weekly social club for women of all ages with an interest in craft, be it knitting, drawing, embroidery or something else.  The club aims to be a social outing where local women who enjoy craft can meet one another.
Skill sharing is encouraged.
