Gentle - for men and women.

Improve your strength, balance, posture & flexibility with this structured & supervised class using hand weights (provided).  Max 10 people per class - medical clearance of GP is required.


Body Strength & Tone for Men & Women of all ages - with Lexi

If your looking to strengthen, tone and improve your overall fitness, come along to a class that incorporates all sorts of training including strength training, circuit style workout, fit-ball workout & aerobics.  All ages welcome.

French for Tourists with Yvonne

Hoping to visit France?  Here's your chance to have some fun, learn some useful language & discover what you most want to see.

The sessions will include talking about yourself and your family, home/house, clothing/shopping, school/employment/work, travel, transport, amusements/media/sport, technology, Australian institutions/ideas and values.  Suitable for migrants and refugees.

Womens Craft Activities

Tuesdays: 10 Oct - 12 Dec,  1 - 3pm

Gold coin donation per session.

A casual weekly social club for women of all ages with an interest in craft, be it knitting, drawing, embroidery or something else.  Shereen, the facilitator, has a wide range of craft skills.

The club aims to be a social outing where local women, who enjoy craft, can meet together.  There will be some basic craft materials and projects provided for those who don't have their own or you can bring your own unfinished project.  Skill sharing will be encouraged.
